Marie Callas latest letter on the 5 types of help has reached me. I leave it on my table for many days and didn't open it until last night. Recently I was quite clear-minded and I feel I have received enough blessings from Marie Callas. And I feel great spiritually really. Practising some of Marie's instructions has been enjoying and invigorating.
I've been receiving a lot of prosperity in my life too.. Luck has been quite good, because I win money whenever I play mahjong games with my friends or relatives. I say thanks for everything.

Weird Encounter
Hope all of you have a nice weekend.
I was shopping yesterday with a couple of friends at Mid Valley Mega Mall. It was really crowded and somehow I got a feeling that I'd meet someone there. A moment later, while I was at Carrefour, a guy came up and voiced ‘hello’. It was quite loud. I was quite sure he was calling me and I turned around.
“Yes?” I questioned him confusingly.
“You look very familiar” he replied with a grin.
Well, his grin made me smiled. People here are normally friendly in this country. For some seconds, I scanned my memory banks but was not able to recall anything resembling his face. He introduced himself as Jason L.
Seconds later, he asked me did I know someone by the name of Chin Wai from ABC company (one of my ex companies). Yes I told him and he told me he used to hang out with him a few years back. And he met me at one of the dinners. That got me very curious and embarrassed because I was really quite bad in remembering the faces, especially for someone who might just be a past acquaintance.
Maybe he sensed that I was really blurred.
“Hey man, nice to meet you. I’ll see you around okay. Do say hi to Chin Wai on my behalf if you see him. ”
I feel really embarrassed as it did not make me look good.
Immediately after he went, I sms'ed Chin Wai to see if he has a friend called Jason L. Seconds later, Chin Wai replied and said he couldn't recall of such person too! It feels spooky, isn't it? Or is this another psychic encounter?
However, I do admire this guy's courage because we people here are normally more reserved and I definitely don't have the courage to do that.

Miss the school buddies
Somehow I thought of my good gal pals from my school days and I miss them all. Just wondering how they have been doing, the three of them. They must be married with kids now I guess...It'd be one of the best things in my life now if I can bump them in the streets....thoughts, thoughts...go and look for them now!!
Those are the times when people were innocent..not as pretentious or hurrying as compared to now. People were more sincere. The most fanciful thing I had at homes could just be the huge hifi system my dad has. It took up near a quarter of the living room! No handphones or internet or mp3, but people somehow are more closely-knitted and helpful to each other and not as selfish.
I'm desperate to see three of them and talk to them like what I had during the school days. A few months back, I did try to search for them but came away disappointed..i'm such a piss because I can't even manage to know any of the classmates' latest contact. I just got to try because it's the law of the universe, somehow, if they are also thinking of me, our thought waves will meet and something special may happen.
Am I very naggy?
PS: I wish to change the layout of my blog..it's damn boring..I'd like to splash it up.

Little Worlds
My life goes on amidst this ever changing world. Everyone gets older day by day but somehow I notice people are wrapped around in their own little world unconscious of what's going on their their evolving environment. Me included!
Well, this is just how I feel at this moment, the feeling derived after talking to some colleagues and friends.
Just take an example. I have a friend's husband who's so addicted into those latest XBox or PC games that he can don't get out of their house for many days! Sleeping patterns are altered dramatically, he gets impatient easily and they are always quarrelling. A split looks inevitable. My friend has almost given up on him. Take another example, I have a colleague who likes tweaking his car so much that he will spend crazily to hype up his car. Well, there's always a limit to every physical body so I hope for his safety.
Personally I feel we should stop our pace and what we are doing someday and express our gratitude to the higher spiritual beings out there for providing us with great food, clothes and friends. There are always those unfortunate people in our midst and we should not forget about them as the society progresses.
It's good that we get out from our little world occasionally to see what the whole land is all about.
PS: by the way, Marie Callas Kollath recipe is great! I feel I can think and analyse better too!

Kollath Breakfast
I think Marie Callas' Great Book of Secrets is really wonderful. This guide is now so well flipped through and has lots of pencil markings that it looks as though it were a school textbook! There are just so many useful tips and secrets that you can easily apply in your daily life so that is has more verve and vitality.
Personally I feel myself has more energy after consuming the 'Kollath Breakfast" on a regular basis. It is superb for ladies who want to maintain or reduce weight. After taking for about 2 weeks, I have lost about 2kg. I'd like to lose another 4 to 6 kg and maintain it there. I think I can do it with this great secret. Other then weight control, I feel more energy and my complexion is better too! Isn't it like a recipe from heaven?
Thanks Marie Callas!

Interesting info about chakras
Through Marie Callas, I've get to know this word 'chakra', a simple yet mysterious word in terms of spirituality. I've done some fact-find and the following is brief description of the seven chakras we have in our bodies. Certainly interesting, yea? Because every sort of human behaviour can be explained using the concept of chakra.
- First chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with red. It is the chakra that governs our physical existence, our bodies and our health.
- Second chakra is located in the area of the womb or spleen, and is associated with the color orange. This chakra governs creativity, and some say emotion.
- Third chakra is located at the solar plexus and is associated with the color gold (yellow). It is associated with the will or desire.
- Fourth chakra (the middle chakra in the chain of seven) is the heart chakra and is associated with the color green, and also the color rose, which is the "color of love." This chakra is connected with emotion and human love.
- Fifth chakra is located at the throat and is a bright blue. It governs communication and personal magnetism. It is the chakra that most influences intercommunication and our "personas." It is also the link between emotion and thought.
- Sixth chakra is located at the third eye (mid-forehead) and is indigo (deep purply/blue). This chakra is associated with thought (though some say the third chakra governs thought) and with vision, particularly psychic vision. It is also the chakra of spiritual love and connection.
- Seventh chakra is at the crown of the head, and is violet fading to white further away from the body. This chakra is our connection to our "higher selves" and to the "divine." It is associated with wisdom and integration of our eternal selves with our current physical selves. It is like our umbilical cord to "God."
That's all about it. Some general info about chakras. It's fun time :)

More exciting life
As days go by, I feel that my life is getting more routine then ever. Used to enjoy going out with friends and colleagues, but, one by one, they are getting married or being parents, thus spending more times with their families.
Wake up in the morning, dive to work, work for 8 to 9 hours, dinner, back home, watch some TV programs, blog, practise Marie Callas exercises, then sleep. I always tell myself to be very optimistic no matter how bad is the situation, but actually tomorrow is just another same day which followed the routine, nothing fresh, nothing makes me feel passionate about... sometimes I'll feel sad or low, but humans are good in masking ourselves.
Don't think I'm crazy as i just want a more exciting life and I still have this wild feel in my heart plus the passion to enjoy my life. Seriously, I have missed out too many opportunities for better life when I was younger. So now, all I want to do is to breath the fresh air...
